While it was still early in the pre-season, it seems like SIM Football team players are already seriously preparing themselves for upcoming season as they do not want a repeat of last season where they did not win anything in University games and IVP. Most of the current players are training hard in other clubs like Warriors FC, Geylang International FC, Singapore Cricket Club, etc.
This season, SIM Football team have a few S-League club players as the main backbone of the team. They are 'Hardman' Fabian Kwok of Geylang International FC, 'Talented' Zulfadli Zainal of Warriors FC, 'Speedy' Patrick Paran of Balestier Khalsa FC, and our most gifted defender, Shahir Hamzah of Hougang United FC. They will be available for IVP and maybe University games.
Other players in the team also went to join other clubs to brush up their skills and fitness. Former Woodlands Wellington FC player, Vincent Lee Liang Hui, and Former Hougang United FC player, Raymond Kwa have join our former SIM president and team captain, Muhd Khairil in NFL Division one team, Singapore Cricket Club. 2013 IVP regular starters, Nicholas Khoo and Joey Yup, has joined NFL Division two team, Katong FC, together with our newly appointed Vice President, Phua Yih Kiat.
SIM Club is waiting to see more talented and passionate players joining the team for this upcoming season. With open house and trials coming in this upcoming July, we would like to see new players coming in and fight for a spot in the University Games in Aug and IVP 2014.

If i dont make it into the first 11 can i actively join the club for its regular trainngs?
You can still join us if you want to but best is after our SUniG because like that you will have a chance to fight for IVP spot.
