Club direction and goals for 2010/2011

As you all knw, the structure of the club has changed and we are taking it t a higher and much wilder scope. Now, for club cohesion and all, we will arrange zouk every forthnight, holland v dinner and drinks every tuesday, shisha night every friday and so on so forth.

We will lead d club in a flamboyant manner and thats d way t go, which i truly believe. hahhaa okay enough of craps, I've got great goals so lets all achieve it together!

Goals
1. Attendance, guys to have minimum 15 peeps, girls to have 12 peeps. (at least the core of the team t b present pls)
2. SUNig 2010. Like what Debby said, girls aim to have a medal this year. Guys, hook or by crook, we gna be the champions baybae.
3. Jerseys, I am trying to get either Thorb or Lotto to sponsor us, TRY. if possible, guys and girls will be sporting the same set of it. I WANT A STRONGER SIM SOCCER IDENTITY.
4. Guys, I hope that we can help the girls in any aspects in the running of the girls' team or t help them improve their play. We are one.
5. In preparation for IVP 2011, the guys team, i will look at the possibility of going up to KL for matches(PLUS HAPPENING NIGHTLIFE) or Australia for the uni-exchange games. No promises.
6. If anyone got field available for FREE t train, pls snap them up and reserve it for SIM soccer use. Everyone has a part to play.

Thats all for now, thanks!

The best and only the best

Dear all,

At SIM Soccer club, we believe our players are the best and deserves only the best.

Thanks to SLS, profit from Futsal Fives and our player's contribution of funds. We have managed to purchase top-grade soccer balls which would be utilized by both the Men's and Women's team during training.
  • 5 x Teamgeist (Official Ball for World Cup 2006)
  • 4 x Mikasa (Official Ball for S-League)
The guideline and policy with regards to ALL of our soccer balls are stipulated as follow:

1) Usage:
  • Only SIM Soccer club players are allowed to use the Mikasa/Teamgeist soccer balls.
  • Ensure ALL soccer balls are accounted for before & after training.
  • No member is allowed to lend/loan the Mikasa/Teamgeist ball(s) to others without approval from the Club President.
  • We strongly advice that ONLY Mikasa soccer balls are brought to match venues.
  • To preserve the lifespan of the Teamgeist, we strongly advice against using the ball in the futsal court.
2) Loss/Damage Recourse Policy:
  • $109 fine for Teamgeist World Cup ball OR identical replacement.
  • $80 fine for Mikasa soccer ball OR identical replacement.
  • For other range of soccer balls, the fine imposed will be determined by the price paid during purchase OR identical replacement.
We do hope you understand that the above mentioned guideline and policy are designed to ensure due diligence, impose individual and collective responsibility as well as to protect our club's interest.

We sincerely hope you enjoy this incentive and privilege.

For this 2010/2011 season, as starters, let's bring home SUNig 2010!

Cheers,
