Training 3 times a week!

Days: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. 

Time: 7pm.

Venue: Ulu Pandan

Fyi, 22 players will be registered for IVP by Fri, 19th Dec. Marko will make the decision by Thur. 

Note: Beep test for Friday training, bring shoes.
