Booth @ Atrium- 15th & 16th
We will have a booth @ Atrium on both 15th & 16th Sept. The aim of this is to reach out to the girls to join our club. I understand that joan, zhiqi, yatie and su with our helpers, eugenia and cloe will be involved. I sincerely thank ALL of you ladies for the response and being supportive on lending a helping hand.
Do note that there will be an Al Fresco dinner @ on the 16th. Helpers involved will be invited
Futsal Tournament - 18th
Time: 8.00am to 6.00pm
Due to the clash of dates between SUNIG and this event, it would be ideal that guys who are not involved in SUNIG to help in running this activity. For this event, Rex will lead the team.
We need a total of 6 helpers for the following:
- 2 x Logistics i.e. scorecards, balls, bibs, white board update
- 1 x ScoreKeeper
- 1 x TimeKeeper (can rotate shift with ScoreKeeper and vice versa)
- 2 x ad-hoc posts
This posts is open to ALL members in the club. Kindly let leave a tag to let me know who would be helping out by Monday. Will need to set aside a event shirt for you. Need to brief those who are helping on Tuesday on the event schedule.
Do note that Wednesday is the set up and Thursday is the main event.
In addition, given that I've to be there on Thursday by 8am, I might as well camp overnight at Ulu Pandan somehow. Intend to head to Zouk, party abit and head back to Ulu Pandan. Let me know if you interested in joining me.
