I am very sure many of you want to skip tomorrow's training session, but I URGE YOU TO THINK AGAIN! No pain no gain. Training is good for you. Messi trains everyday, I hope you guys make it for training tomorrow.

p.s. Pls bring your own water. Alternatively, you can just dehydrate and pass out during the training session.

The training schedule for this week is same as last. Tuesday and Thursday, 7pm at Ulu Pandan.

IVP is in 4 weeks' time, let's push for it. If we emerge as IVP Champions this time round, imagine how glorified we will be. The memories will be ours to keep forever, and the achievement will be remembered even long after we graduate. Savour that thought.
